These Terms and Conditions are made on behalf of InHealthBeauty (M) Sdn Bhd, and all references to InHealthBeauty product, "we" or "us" or “our” in these Terms and Conditions refers to InHealthBeauty (M) Sdn Bhd.

Delivery & Refund Policy

Product Information:
This website inhealthbeauty.com is owned and operated by InHealthBeauty (M) Sdn Bhd. All products listed on inhealthbeauty.com are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to you. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.

Copyright:
The description of our products is the copyright property of inhealthbeauty, and specifically you may not use that description as the description of the product should you choose to re-sell the items elsewhere. This includes all product information, images and specifications where applicable.

Payment Information:
All payments are done through iPay88.com (Mobile88.com Sdn.Bhd.) payment gateway system, which will lead you to your selected financial institution’s payment gateway. When ordering, payment is charged first when you place your order. All orders are in Malaysian Ringgit. If your payment is declined by the payment gateway system for any reason, we cannot hold the item purcahsed against your order.

Please note that we do not store any of your payment information on our servers.

Delivery Information:
The cost of delivery of items purchased is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. Under normal circumstances, orders are generally processed and posted in three to five working days. Where the item requires pre-installation by customers' representative, orders may take longer.

Please note that InHealthBeauty may or may not deal with any order outside of Malaysia.

Delivery Errors:
  InHealthBeauty uses quality method (with tracking numbers) to deliver your products and requires signature upon delivery. Whilst we uses this mechanism, the reality is that errors may occur. In the event of delivery errors, they will use all its efforts to ensure you receive your products, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price.

Dead On Arrival (D.O.A) Products:
Your satisfaction is our number one priority at inhealthbeauty.com. If you receive the product and it doesn't work (D.O.A), you must report back to us within 48 hours from the date you received the product. For D.O.A products, we will either give you a replacement or a purchase refund.

Warranties:

Manufacturer Warranty
Where applicable, the warranty offered for the products sold by InHealthBeauty are the InHealthBeauty's warranty. If you encounter product problems, contact the us immediately. You will likely get a replacement of the same product fromus if the earlier one cannot function properly.

InHealthBeauty Warranty
InHealthBeauty offers a warranty for their products, as specified on the day of the sale and is also stated on our invoice. Warranties by InHealthBeauty may vary from product to product. InHealthBeauty's warranty is limited to repair/replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price, to be determined by InHealthBeauty.

Refunds:

Limitation Of Liabilities:
Under no circumstances will InHealthBeauty be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from InHealthBeauty beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information.

 InHealthBeauty reserves the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.
